How do I choose a cake size?
Choosing a cake size and knowing the right portions can be a difficult task! Servings based on a 2”x 2”x 4” slice.
6” - serves 12 8”- serves 20
10”- serves 28 12”- serves 40
Can I get a different cake for each tier of my cake?
You may get different cake flavors for each tier. However, it will bring the final cost up and keep in mind each tier feeds a certain amount of people.
Is a deposit required for wedding and custom cakes?
A non-refundable $50.00 deposit (20% for weddings and large events) to hold your event date is required no later than one week after booking the event date. The full amount of the balance is due two weeks before your event.
How far in advance should I order a custom cake?
The earlier you order the better. We recommend placing your order 2-3 weeks in advance.
Do you put edible photos on cakes?
Yes, we can put photos on cakes, cupcakes, and sugar cookies.
Do you make cakes for people with allergies?
Yes, we make nut free, dairy free, and gluten free cakes. These orders need to be placed at least 1 week in advance. We do not make vegan cakes. We can only accommodate one allergy per cake with the only exception being nut free. **Note that cakes are not created in a allergy free facility.
If I send in a photo of a cake, can you make it?
We can not recreate cakes exactly as pictured. All cakes are works of art and each decorator is an artist, we all have our own different styles, tools, and methods of creating custom cakes. However, we will use any provided photos as inspiration.
Can I make changes to my cake after I order?
Yes, you can make changes up to one week after you place your order.
What happens if I cancel my order, will I be refunded?
Should you cancel your order before full payment has been made, the deposit to hold your date is non-refundable. Should you cancel your order after payment has been made and production has begun, you will be refunded your money, less the cost of all supplies already purchased, expenses incurred, and the deposit for the date. If you cancel your order within 2 weeks of the event date no money shall be refunded.
